Dillingham is 360 air miles southwest of Anchorage in the Bristol Bay area. Air travel to Dillingham is provided by two airlines on a daily schedule: Alaska Air and Pen Air. Connecting flights are made through Anchorage. Book your flight through Bay Air Alaska. From Dillingham, we can provide access to the largest state park in the nation, Wood-Tikchik State Park. This park attracts kayakers and float trip enthusiasts due to the 1.6 million acres of water lakes and streams. The Togiak Wildlife Refuge is another treasure bordering Dillingham. The Togiak Refuge includes coastal areas in Bristol Bay and the Kuskokwim Bay providing a great diversity and abundance of fish. Rivers like rivers like the Nushagak and Mulchatna Rivers provide an unlimited abundance of wildlife. Treat yourself to a fabulous sightseeing trip to Round Island and see one of the world's largest Walrus populations. Cape Newenham and Cape Peirce are resting areas for Pacific walrus, Northern sea lions, and harbor seals. Increased efforts to protect the walrus have caused the herds to recolonize. Bristol Bay has an annual Red Salmon run in excess of 20 million fish. The Salmon swim up hundreds of streams and rivers supporting a very diversified and rich ecosystem. Because of this rich ecosystem, the sport fishing is some of the best in the world. With our float equipped DeHavilland Beaver, we can transport you to these prime sport fishing locations. We are your direct access to the Wood-Tikchik State Park. This park is the largest in the entire United States. It is home to the Wood River Lakes and the Tikchik River. These lakes and rivers have some of the most spectacular scenery and diversified fishing you will find anywhere in the world. The Agulupak and Agulowak Rivers, which are part of the Wood River Lakes System, have the highest densities of Rainbow Trout of anywhere in the state.
In addition, we access the Togiak National Wildlife Refuge. This refuge is the home of numerous birds and marine mammals and boasts the famous Goodnews, Togiak and Kanektok Rivers, three of the most popular fishing rivers in southwest Alaska. Visitors from around the world come to fish and float these rivers which offer premier Rainbow, Silver, and King Salmon fishing. RAFTS: Sotar self bailing rafts and all gear(frame, paddles, 100 quart cooler, life vest, repair kit) for $80 a day. Sotar raft and gear weighs 200 pounds. We also have 14ft Zodiac with 15 horsepower outboard available for $100 a day. Zodiac and motor weighs 300 pounds. Max trip weight is 1200 pounds/3 people and raft.

Bay Air offers day trips to Brooks Camp for bear viewing for $3000, maximum 6 passengers. This includes total round trip airfare plus pilot standby, otherwise, the trip to Brooks is $2000/trip, max 6 passengers, round trip total $4000. The same prices apply for a trip to Cape Pearce.
